Everything from pickup to return home: pre-appointment confirmation, pickup from home, walk-in assistance, check-in support, waiting through the entire visit, safe return home, and your Bridge Completion Report. The flat fee includes up to 2 hours of appointment support time.
What if the appointment runs longer than expected?
Your Captain stays — they never leave mid-appointment. For routine visits, the flat fee covers everything. For specialist or procedure appointments that may run longer, we discuss timing when we confirm your booking so there are no surprises.
What is Reserved Care?
Reserved Care is our pre-planned bundle for families managing recurring appointments — physical therapy, cardiology follow-ups, specialist visits, and similar. Three appointments for $239, with flexible scheduling, no expiration, and preferred Captain continuity when available.
How does Bridge Reserved Care Monthly work?
The monthly plan gives your family two appointments per month for $159, with priority scheduling and preferred Captain continuity. Designed for families with a regular care rhythm who want reliable ongoing support. Pause or cancel anytime — no long-term commitment required.
