• Communications: Messages and emails related to scheduling.

3) Health information (important)

Bridge is a non-medical service. Please do not send unnecessary medical details. If limited health-related context is shared, such as mobility needs or simple logistics, Bridge uses it only to coordinate safe appointment support. We treat sensitive information with care and minimize data retention for any health-related notes.

• Coordinate and deliver services (booking, matching, routing, timing)
• Safety planning (mobility notes, access instructions)

• Send confirmations and updates you request

• With the Bridge Captain assigned to your service (logistics, mobility notes, and contact info).
• With the Trusted Contact only when authorized to receive the Completion Report.

We do not sell your personal information.
