- Service notes: The Bridge Completion Report and logs related to service delivery.
- Communications: Messages and emails related to scheduling.
3) Health information (important)
Bridge is a non-medical service. Please do not send unnecessary medical details. If limited health-related context is shared, such as mobility needs or simple logistics, Bridge uses it only to coordinate safe appointment support. We treat sensitive information with care and minimize data retention for any health-related notes.

We do not sell your personal information.
